Designs will be delivered by email within 12-24 hours of payment being received.
No tax or shipping on design files.
Due to the electronic nature of the product and it's ability to be reproduced, refunds are not offered.
If you receive a damaged file, we will gladly exchange it for a new one.
Purchase of the designs is a license to use the designs and does not lend to duplication permission in any form.
Changing (except to re-size), duplicating, reselling, loaning, sharing in any way, or any
transfer of the designs (including any of the free designs) is a violation of Title 17 U.S.C., et seq.
American Embroidery Studio allows only the purchaser to use the embroidered designs on items for resale.
No other permission is written or implied.
American Embroidery Studio will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of using any of our designs.
It is recommended to always test the design before sewing on any items of value.
